Indianapolis-based real estate developer Onyx and East has unveiled a $13 million luxury townhome development in Carmel. The Uptown at WestClay is set to hold its grand opening the first weekend in June.

The development, located in the Village of WestClay in Carmel, features 52 townhomes with options for two to four bedrooms. Onyx and East says the location gives residents easy access to popular dining establishments, fitness studios, and public parks in the area.

The project is an expansion away from downtown Indianapolis for Onyx and East, where most of their current developments are located. The company is also expanding south with a new project in Tampa, Florida.

"Uptown at WestClay is one of many new market projects for Onyx and East," said John Bain. "We have already started developing in Tampa Bay, and have big plans for continued expansion in 2018."
