Merchants Bank of Indiana has announced Rick Belser is retiring as chief credit officer and will be succeeded by Robert Burtner. Belser joined the bank in 2007 and held various executive management positions. Burtner began with the bank in 2019 and previously served as senior vice president of bridge and construction lending and deputy chief credit officer.
