LINDAL Group has named Dave Murphy sales director in North America. He will be based in Columbus, Indiana. Murphy has spent the past 15 years in senior sales, business development and customer relationship leadership roles in the packaging sector.

He previously held posts at Amcor, Essentra, DS Smith and Huhtamaki and led teams within a broad spectrum of market sectors from food and pharmaceutical, to medical, consumer and household.

Murphy will replace Alex Piagnarelli, who, instead of opting for full time retirement following successful eight years in the role, will assume a part-time position as LINDAL North America’s Business development director, commencing in February 2022.
