The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra has named Stephanie Hays-Mussoni vice president for development.

In her role, she serves as a key member of the ISO leadership team and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting fundraising for the state’s largest arts organization. Prior to joining the ISO, Hays-Mussoni served as associate vice president of development at University of Indianapolis.

She holds a Doctorate of Education in higher education and organizational change. Hays-Mussoni is a Certified Fundraising Executive from CFRE International.
