The craft cidery says the 3,000-square-foot space will accommodate nearly 100 patrons indoors, as well as patio dining.
While financial details of Ash & Elm’s investment in the new space isn’t being disclosed, Chief Executive Officer Andrea Homoya told Inside INdiana Business the project was funded with help from the Build Fund small business loan program from nonprofit Renew Indianapolis.
“Ash & Elm’s move to this new location marks a major milestone for us as we have grown so much that we now need more space,” Homoya said in a news release. “In the new space, we will be able to provide more food, cider and room for our friends and family to gather. We are moving one mile closer to downtown and we are excited to be able to continue providing something for everyone.”
In addition to the craft ciders produced by Ash & Elm, the new location will also feature food options from chef Tracey Couillard. To mark the grand opening, Ash & Elm says it has partnered with Daniel’s Vineyard, McClure’s Orchard and Winery, and Friendly Beasts Cider Co. to honor craft cider throughout the state.
