Governor Eric Holcomb has selected Dr. Rebecca Holwerda as commissioner of the Indiana Department of Administration. She has five years of experience as senior policy and operations director for Governor Holcomb and previously served as regional director for U.S. Senator Dan Coats. Holwerda holds a bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University, master’s degree from University of Colorado and doctorate from Creighton University.
