Patrick Hess has become the fifth director of the Noble County Convention and Visitors Bureau. He filled the vacancy left by the departure of Emily Schneider in February. Hess brings more than 30 years of marketing experience to the role.

The bureau promotes tourism under the “Visit Noble County” moniker and shares an office with the Noble County Economic Development Corp. at 110 S. Orange Street in downtown Albion.
