Kroger Gardis & Regas has added Doug Kowalski as an associate. He most recently served as chief of staff at the Indiana State Board of Accounts and previously as corporation counsel for the city of Indianapolis under Mayor Greg Ballard. Kowalksi holds a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College and JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
