The board of directors of Eli Lilly and Company has elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kimberly Johnson as a new member. She will serve on the Compensation and Ethics and Compliance committees. Johnson has held various leadership positions with Fannie Mae and as a director at Credit Suisse Group AG. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a master’s degree from Columbia Business School.
