Sweetwater has appointed Dr. Kristal Walker as vice president of employee wellbeing. She will be responsible for wellness initiatives and advancing culture strategy. Walker has more than 15 years of experience in HR and business leadership roles, including at Guitar Center. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Springfield College and a doctorate from the University of Phoenix.
