The Indy Chamber has hired Julianne Carson as its new director of Central Indiana Women’s Business Center, a cooperative program with the U.S. SBA. Carson will manage financial education, technical assistance and micro-lending programs. She most recently served as vice president small business banking, business development at Busey Bank and also worked in retail and commercial banking at JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America.
