Commercial real estate developer Scannell Properties has hired Valerie Becker as director on its Capital team. She most recently served as vice president and commercial real estate officer at the National Bank of Indianapolis. Becker also held various positions at Simon Property Group and Fitch Ratings. She will focus on debt and lender relationships and assist with equity and investment sales. Becker holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
