Elyssa Campodonico-Barr and Leah Seigel are joining the Lilly Endowment as program directors in community development. Campodonico-Barr most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis. Seigel previously worked at Barnes and Thornburg.

Campodonico-Barr also previously worked as chief of staff for the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and at Indiana University in the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Campodonico-Barr earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington.

Seigel has extensive experience serving on the boards of nonprofit organizations, including the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Happy Hollow Children’s Camp. She is a graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Seigel earned a master’s degree in elementary education at Arizona State University while teaching kindergarten near Phoenix with Teach for America.
