Indianapolis-based Cripe Architects Engineers has promoted Fredrick Green to chief strategy and operations officer. Also, Dennis McGuire has been promoted to president-elect. 

Green has served as president and chief operating officer for 15 years. McGuire has served the company for more than 33 years, most recently as vice president of survey and real estate development.
