Fort Wayne-based STAR Financial Bank Regional President of Commercial Banking Thomas Miller will retire at the end of the year. He has been with the bank for more than 16 years, most recently serving the Muncie and central region.

Miller is involved in the Muncie Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, East Central Indiana Regional Partnership, the Micro Loan Committee, Academy for Community Leadership and Delaware Advancement Corporation.
