Frankfort-based The Farmers Bank has promoted Bryon Dispennett to merchant services manager. He most recently served as teller supervisor of the Michigantown and Kirklin branches. Dispennett received his bachelor’s degree in agriculture economics with a concentration in agribusiness  from Purdue University.
