The Hagerman Group has promoted Jay Bangert to vice president of operations and Chad Eber to director of yard operations. Both are based out of the firm’s Fishers office.

Bangert began his career at the company 19 years ago, most recently serving as project executive. He holds several certifications, including Certified Healthcare Constructor, and is involved in multiple community and industry associations, from the local Indiana Subcontractors Association to the national American Society of Healthcare Engineers.

Eber has been with the company for 22 years and most recently served as director of masonry field operations.
