Indianapolis-based Energy Systems Network has added Sierra Latham (pictured) as director of the Moving Forward program. Also, Drew Tharp (pictured) has been named manager of communications. 

Latham has 10 years of professional experience in housing, community development and energy efficiency policy research. She most recently served as demographer for the City of Alexandria, Va.  Latham has also worked as a researcher for the Urban Institute in the Metropolitan Housing and Community Development policy center. She holds a master of public policy from the University of Chicago, a master of applied economics from Georgetown University and a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Mary Washington.

Tharp previously served as account executive at Indianapolis agencies Element Three and Caldwell VanRiper. He holds a bachelor of arts in English from Indiana University-Bloomington.
