The $15.1 million project replaces the company’s previous plans to build a new headquarters building in the Hamilton County city.
Knowledge Services says the $15.1 million price tag includes the acquisition of the building, as well as renovations, furnishings, software and other items.
“While we are living in unprecedented times in our country, we know that this too shall pass and there will be a time when we are able to return to work and to normal routines. With this purchase, we are investing in our community, our company and a hopeful future for tomorrow,” said Julie Bielawski, Founder and CEO of Knowledge Services.
The plan is for the company to move into the 165,000-square-foot space later in the year. Renovations are planned to begin soon, with plans for a 300-seat auditorium, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a fitness center, nature trail and meeting rooms. Crosspoint Center will be leasing all unused, renovated Class A office space to new tenants.
Knowledge Services bought land in Fishers in 2018 with plans to build its new headquarters. Bielawski says the company will keep the land and will work with the city of Fishers on changes to its Economic Development Agreement.
