Muncie-based Meridian Health Services has named Kellie Pearson-Carroll vice president of human resources. She previously served as chief human resources officer for American Academic Health System in Philadelphia. Prior to that Pearson-Carroll served as executive director of human resources for Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA.

She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Temple University and went on to obtain her certification in human resources from Villanova University. Pearson-Carroll then completed her Ph.D with Capella University, Minneapolis.
