Indiana University Health has named Buck Stanford vice president and chief pharmacy officer.  He most recently served as system pharmacy operations director for community based care at Intermountain Healthcare in Utah.

Stanford holds a doctoral pharmacy degree from Shenandoah University, an MBA in healthcare management from University of St. Thomas and a baccalaureate pharmacy degree from Butler University.
