Allos Ventures in Indianapolis has added Paul Ehlinger as an associate. He previously served as investment manager for the Kentucky Enterprise Fund.

Ehlinger also co-founded HQ1 Capital, an initiative intended to drive collaboration across venture funds and angel groups between the coasts.

He holds a master’s degree in bioengineering and biomedical engineering from the University of California, Riverside and a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Missouri.
