The Regional Development Company in Valparaiso has elected Steve Kring (pictured) and Greg Bracco (pictured) to its board of directors. Kring serves as regional president of Horizon Bank while Bracco serves as senior vice president and business banking manager of Peoples Bank.

The board also elected it slate of officers:

• Rex Richards – chair
• Michael Schneider – vice chair
• Scott Casbon – secretary
• John Matthiesen – treasurer
• Hubert Cook – past chair
