United Way of Central Indiana has named MeChelle Callen chief talent and culture officer.  She most recently served as vice president of organizational development at FORUM Credit Union. Callen was recently selected to serve on the University of Indianapolis’s advisory board for its human resource development & administration program. She is also a past board member of the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana.
