She currently serves as senior advisor to the president for equity, diversity and inclusion and Title IX coordinator at St. Norbert College in Wisconsin. Kim will assume her new duties in October. She earned her bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and completed her post-doctorate fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
