Saint Joseph’s College of Marian University has hired Alice Susemichel as director of workforce development.  She has previously served in a variety of positions with Eli Lilly and Company, including lab scientist, clinical project manager, operations manager and director. Susemichel earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Hanover College.
