New York Firm Acquires Hopebridge

Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in New York City, has acquired the behavioral health services provider, though financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
Hopebridge has more than 30 locations in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Georgia. The company provides a variety of therapies for children on the autism spectrum or affected by other behavioral, physical, social, communication and sensory challenges.
Dennis May, chief executive officer of Hopebridge, says he is confident the acquisition will "further enhance Hopebridge’s ability to make investments in its platform to serve the growing need for autism treatment services and provide the children and families with the care, support, and hope they deserve."
Arsenal Capital Partners and Hopebridge did not specify whether any jobs would be affected by the deal.
