RATIO has hired Kim Bolan Cullin as Associate Principal/Library Planner. Cullin is an experienced librarian, library evolutionist, planner and designer. She was founder and president of Kimberly Bolan and Associates, and has consulted with hundreds of public, K-12, and university libraries. Cullin will work in the firm’s national library design team. She holds degrees from SUNY Geneseo and Syracuse University.
