RQAW Corp. has hired Madison Olsen as a staff engineer in the firm’s water-resources department. She has worked on several projects as staff engineer, including the Lapel master utility study and the Delaware County Justice Center lift station. Olsen has previous experience collecting and interpreting data from wastewater treatment plants. She holds a bachelor’s of science degree in environmental engineering from Purdue University. 

Jake Manzo has also joined the water-resources department as a staff engineer. As an intern engineer at the firm, he worked on the sanitary sewer project for the new La Porte hospital, the water main replacement project in the city of Elkhart, the storm sewer extension project in the town of Winamac and the wastewater treatment plant projects in Wanatah and Winamac. Manzo received his bachelor of science in civil engineering from Purdue University Northwest.
