IndyCREW has appointed Jill Rose (pictured) president and added the following as board members­­­­: Erin Dettwiler, Donna Grau and Leslie Smith.

Rose is business development executive for Rowland Design. She has been with IndyCREW for seven years. 

Dettwiler is vice president at First Merchants Bank and has been with IndyCREW for nine years. She has more than 10 years of commercial banking experience, including extensive training in credit underwriting for middle market banking and commercial real estate. She currently serves as a relationship manager, specializing in Investment Real Estate lending. Dettwiler is also a board member of Executive Women in Finance.

Grau is managing director of property management for Premier Commercial Real Estate. She has been with IndyCREW for four years. Grau oversees the property management department and the portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets.

Smith has been with IndyCREW for seven years. She is a partner in the business services practice group for Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP. Smith represents and advises clients in commercial financing transactions, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She is a strong advocate for women and co-chairs her firm’s Women’s Forum.
