Columbus-based Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of Cloud, data center and managed IT services, has hired Randy Riemersma as senior account executive. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving new business development in the greater Indianapolis market, as well as ensuring the satisfaction of Immedion’s existing customer base.

Riemersma has 20 years of enterprise sales experience in the IT industry. He most recently served as lead global relationship manager for the public sector at CenturyLink, where he managed key accounts such as the State of Indiana and Indianapolis Public Schools. Prior to that, Riemersma served as an account manager at IBM and a regional account manager for SunGard, where he was responsible for generating and closing new IT service sales as well as consulting with marketing on new product and sales strategies. Riemersma holds a bachelor’s degree from Evangel University.
