Muncie-based Whitinger & Co. has added Ellen Skinner as staff accountant. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – Summa Cum Laude and her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Ball State University. While at Ball State, Skinner was active with Beta Alpha Psi, inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma and recognized for her academic achievement in the accounting program. She also worked as an intern for the firm last summer.

As a staff accountant, Skinner is responsible for accounting, consulting and tax compliance services for businesses, individuals and nonprofits. She is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
