Pass the Torch for Women Foundation has installed Deb Hallberg as its chief executive officer. Halberg has more than 15 years experience in business development and has dedicated much of her career to Barnes & Thornburg in Indianapolis.

The foundation says it is creating a world where women are equitably represented at all levels of leadership in business, organization and government. It is looking to continue to partner with like-minded companies and organizations to propel their women internally through leadership development and mentoring.

The impact of the foundation has grown outside of the Indianapolis community and will continue to scale nationwide. Foundation officials say the organization has grown outside of Indianapolis and plans to continue to scale nationwide. Click here for more information.
