Robert Barnes has been named business development manager for The Hagerman Group’s Fishers office. He previously served as a statewide business developer for American Structurepoint, working with several Indiana communities including Fort Wayne, Kokomo, Elkhart, Bloomington and Harrison County. Before that Barnes worked in the office of former Indianapolis Mayor Bart Peterson. He is a graduate of Purdue University.
