Jared Sims has joined Gibson as a consultant in the employee benefits practice. He works closely with clients to help manage their employee benefits, build a culture of safety and employee wellness. Sims previously worked in insurance, helping clients manage their risk and put programs in place to contain costs long term, get buy in and engagement from the employees and help clients achieve their financial goals.
