The South Bend – Elkhart Regional Partnership has named Catlin Bulger startup ecosystem and communications manager. She will work closely with the entrepreneurship committee (Startup South Bend – Elkhart Board) to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem across the region. Bulger manages marketing, branding, communications and events for Startup South Bend – Elkhart and provides support for the Regional Partnership’s overall marketing and communications efforts.

She has experience in communications, public relations and management in hospitality and real estate. Bulger most recently served as property manager for Headquarters at Ignition Park in South Bend.
