ONI Risk Partners has added Noah Adams as an employee benefits consultant in its Indianapolis and Lafayette offices. At ONI, he advises his clients on issues relating to wellness, healthcare reform, controlling costs and employee benefits offerings including a total rewards package to recruit and retain a multi-generational workforce. Adams previously worked for Paycor as an adviser to human resources professionals with a focus on implementing payroll technology to create a more cost-efficient and streamlined system for his clients.
