Tilson has named Leslie Myrick (pictured) business development manager. She previously served as client care director for a locally-owned payroll company. Myrick has 15 years of experience in client services, sales and marketing for Johnson County-based businesses. Aubria Cichocki has been appointed staff accountant. She received her Master of Accountancy degree from Purdue University Calumet and her B.S. in mathematics education from Ball State University. Also, Rich Norton (pictured) has been named benefits specialist. He holds more than 13 years of professional experience working with benefit programs. Norton received his B.S. in business administration from Martin University.
