Mainstreet has added Taylor Earl, Doug Pedersen (pictured) and Matt Rezkalla (pictured) to its team. Earl has been hired as a design consultant. He is a graduate of Ball State University and earned his master’s in architecture. Pedersen has rejoined Mainstreet as vice president of development serving in a project executive role. He has previously worked for JP Morgan Chase, Kite Realty Group and his consulting company DP3. Rezkalla has joined as investment analyst. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
