Eric Kokonas (pictured) has been named a partner at Dittoe Public Relations. He is vice president of strategy. Also, Skylar Whitney has been hired as a junior account executive. She graduated from Indiana University’s new media school with a degree in Journalism, a minor in Marketing and a specialization in Public Relations.
