In this month’s Culture Matters segment, FirstPerson Managing Director Mark Minner profiles BSA LifeStructures, which he says their spaces have a "new-age feel," which reflects the culture of the organization. Minner says the company strives for "open, transparent feedback" in order to grow and adds BSA LifeStructures management works to get "the right people in the right seats."
The company has regional office locations in cities including Atlanta, Austin, Denver, Greater Kansas City, Raleigh and St. Louis.
Melissa Davis has a background in interior design and currently serves as president. The company tends to switch-up top leadership every few years in order to continue to gain fresh perspective and Minner says Davis is "a great example of that." He says one of her first activities was to get every member of the organization to participate in StrengthsFinder exercises.
