Indianapolis-based Costello had named Phill Keene director of sales to lead its business development. He will oversee the sales rep team, day-to-day management of new business opportunities, sales forecasting and growing Costello in the sales deal management market.

Keene previously served as director of marketing at Octiv and is currently co-host of #RealSalesTalk podcast. He was recently named 2017 Top 25 Most Influential Inside Sales Professionals by the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals and Top 50 Sales Development Leaders You Should Know by Engagio. Keene has more than 10 years experience in sales and is a regular contributor to Sales Hacker.

He graduated from Ball State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications.
