The Mind Trust has hired Oscar Gutierrez as its senior director of facility strategy and financing. He previously served as the city of Fishers’ first controller. Before that, Gutierrez held a similar position with the city of Lawrence. 

Gutierrez is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey.

Prior to his work in municipal government, he worked in financial management for the Department of Defense and continues to work as an active reservist in the army reserves, military finance instructor for the US Army and adjunct associate faculty at IUPUI.
