Indianapolis-based IT and engineering professional services firm Theoris Services has announced a merger with software development firm Reliable Solutions Corp., also based in Indy. Theoris says all RSC employees will continue under the Theoris banner. President David Lovell will continue in his role once the merger is complete. RSC President Scott Alexander will become vice president of Theoris Solutions, a new division of Theoris Services.
