TOPP Performance Race Parts has hired Jeff Fuller as general manager. He previously served as national sales manager for two different high-performance racing spring companies. Fuller’s industry experience includes open wheel cars, late models and drag cars. Also, he has owned race cars for 30 years and has previously raced with the United States Auto Club, United States Speed Association, Must See Racing and the Auto Value Super Sprints.
