The university is hosting a series of job fairs, beginning Wednesday, to fill the jobs it says have been created by campus growth and existing vacancies.
Representatives from various university departments will be on hand to conduct on-site interviews. Some of the available positions include casual dining, kitchens, customer service, fine dining, laundry, custodial work, parking attendants and security monitors.
Wednesday’s job fair will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Compton Family Ice Arena on the Notre Dame campus. The second job fair will take place Saturday, June 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Kroc Center in South Bend.
Notre Dame says interested candidates should dress professionally and bring their completed and printed application to the career fair for a "fast pass" to registration and interviews. There will also be computers on hand for potential applicants to use.
