Evansville-based Old National Bancorp has promoted Todd Clark (pictured) to chief information and strategic innovation officer. In his newly-created role, he will be responsible for the company’s information technology division as well as leading its consumer banking strategy. Clark previously served as Michigan region chief executive officer for Old National. He joined the bank in 2014 after Old National acquired United Bank & Trust, where Clark served as president.

Clark will be succeeded in his previous position by Alex Strati, who formerly served as president of Old National’s Michiana region. Strati will expand his reach to include both the Michiana markets and the company’s Michigan offices.
