IndyGo has promoted Bryan Luellen to vice president of public affairs and communications and Justin Stuehrenberg to vice president of planning and capital projects. Luellen oversees the marketing, public affairs and customer service teams. He leads strategic decisions regarding internal and external communications, marketing, public involvement, and supports the agency’s government relations efforts. Luellen began at IndyGo in 2009 and has served in increasingly responsible roles within the public affairs realm. Stuehrenberg oversees teams responsible for developing and delivering capital projects, as well as service plans like the Marion County Transit Plan. He began at IndyGo in 2014 as director of special transit projects and has previous career experience in public and private organizations focusing on transportation planning and engineering.
