Cindy Wolfer has been elected a fellow to The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She is an attorney with Rothberg Logan & Warsco and practices in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates. Established in 1949, ACTEC is a nonprofit association of 2,500 trust and estate lawyers peer-elected to membership based on substantial contributions to the field of trusts and estates law. ACTEC offers technical comments about the law and its effective administration, but does not take positions on matters of policy or political objectives.
