Complete College America has promoted Blake Johnson to vice president of strategy: communications and planning. He also serves on the Indianapolis City-County Council, has been with the organization since 2013. Johnson also previously served as communications director for U.S. Congressman Andre Carson and previously taught for Indianapolis Public Schools. He earned his B.A. in political science and communications from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, and his M.A. in teaching from Marian University. Johnson is also on the advisory board of the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics and Humanities at Ball State University.
